5. Business Use Only
Quorum is a business tool built for commercial and professional use. It is not designed for personal consumer use. You may not use Quorum:
- For personal, non-commercial purposes under plans designated for business use only

- To resell access to the platform without Quorum's prior written authorization
6. Data and Privacy Obligations
When using Quorum, you are responsible for the data you submit. You must:
- Have the legal right to upload, process, and use any content or data you submit to the platform
- Not upload or process personal data of third parties without a lawful basis for doing so under applicable data protection laws
- Ensure that any use of voice or outbound calling features complies with applicable telemarketing, consent, and recording laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of the recipients
If you process personal data of individuals located in the European Union through Quorum, you are acting as a data controller in respect of that data and are independently responsible for your compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including maintaining appropriate records of processing activities and ensuring you have a valid legal basis for processing.
7. Security
You may not engage in any activity that threatens the security, integrity, or availability of the Quorum platform. This includes:
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the platform or its infrastructure without Quorum's prior written authorization
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts, Quorum's internal systems, or any connected services
- Using automated tools, bots, crawlers, or scripts to access the platform at rates that degrade service for other users or place unreasonable load on Quorum's infrastructure
- Introducing malicious code, malware, or interfering with the platform's normal operation in any way
- Attempting to intercept or monitor any communications, data, or traffic on the platform
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to legal@byquorum.com rather than exploiting it.
8. AI-Generated Output Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use, distribute, or act on AI-generated content produced through the Quorum platform. Specifically:
- You must review AI-generated content before publishing, distributing, or acting on it
- Publishing AI-generated content may require disclosure in certain jurisdictions — you are responsible for identifying and complying with any applicable AI disclosure or labelling requirements in your jurisdiction
- You must not present AI-generated content as authoritative legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice without appropriate professional review and qualification
- Quorum's AI agents are not licensed professionals. Their outputs do not substitute for the judgment of qualified legal, financial, medical, or other regulated advisors.
9. Enforcement
Quorum reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Upon determining a violation has occurred, Quorum may, at its sole discretion:
- Issue a warning to the account holder
- Temporarily suspend access to the platform
- Permanently terminate the account without refund
- Remove or disable content that violates this policy
- Report suspected illegal activity to relevant law enforcement authorities
- Pursue legal remedies to the extent permitted by applicable law
Quorum's failure to act on a violation on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of its right to act on future violations.
